Nearby bugs: - the man page has not been updated for any of the not so new file- descriptor based calls (lutimes(), etc) - the man page (and no other man page?) doesn't distinguish between changing the file times and scheduling this change. For ffs, most calls only schedule the change, and the change isn't made until someone looks using stat() or the file is last-closed. Things like this should probably be described mainly in intro.2.
