2.0 ships without ppp supported compiled into the kernel for various
reasons.  What you'll need to do the following:

* Install the kernel sources, if you haven't already.
* cd /usr/src/sys/i386/conf
* cp GENERIC MYKERNEL
* vi MYKERNEL
* Uncomment the line that reads 'pseudo-device ppp 1'. Configure
  for the number of ppp devices you require.
* config MYKERNEL
* cd ../../compile/MYKERNEL
* make depend
* make
* make install
* shutdown -r now

AFAIK, the 'domain' keyword in /etc/ppp/options is only used if you're
using CHAP or PAP authentication.
