Thanks Sean.

I used the following:

device pcic0 at isa? port 0xfcec irq 9

and it worked, with ep0 seemingly configuring properly on irq 11.  I will 
test it, try polling mode etc. tomorrow.  The machine did hang and howl like 
a banshee when I removed the card however, but that will not be an issue 
under normal operations.
