Cool! I need to fix it so you can also do ISA interrupt routing.  Now
that I have pccardd fixed, this shouldn't be too hard to do.  I think
there are three or four issues, plus some minor config changes that
will be needed for those people that have really hold BIOSes that a)
don't work and b) they can't upgrade.
