Sorry I am Just Learning Unix!!!

* ok I downloaded irc2.9.1.tar.gz and I don't know where to put it. I know
how to tar it. But I don't know where to put it in the /usr/local/,
/usr/ports/ (well there is no ports dir).

* how do I delete a user from shell access???

*It make the users dir in the /usr/!!!! how do I make the user in the
/usr/home/?
