Makefile.diffs that allow port to be built

Re-establish acroread9-9.5.5_1 wrapper (not available in FBDS-9.3, even after
SVN checkout). This application IS REQUIRED for my work place as it is the only
non-Windows application that allows the work-required digital signatures.

NOTE: "libgtkembedmoz.so" IS NOT REQUIRED to run acroread9. It is merely one of
two options that CAN be used to render HTML. Since there doesn't seem to be a
ready source for this library - merely remove if from the Makefile. Acroread
still runs and performs on non-HTML documents. One can always try "libxul.so"
instead if needed for HTML rendering. This is NOT, however required for
non-HTML documents.
