4.4Rel + iptraf 2.5.0

I found a few references to this famous GNU getopt.h stuff in the 
google/bsd and freebsd archives but not real solution, and no useful ref's 
to iptraf.

# make
gcc -Wall -O2 -c iptraf.c
iptraf.c:28: getopt.h: No such file or directory
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/local/src/iptraf-2.5.0/src.
