New very strange facts. When used in Standard mode, ICH7 controller works fine and there is no interrupt storm. I appears only in RAID mode. I am afraid that my programming skills are too bad to fix ata driver. Maybe I can ask for help some FreeBSD developers? Maybe there is someone who is interested in debugging this driver? ;) Buy the way, someone wrote my a week ago (I've lost his email), he has the really the same problem and can't find solution also. --- P.S. I tried to use external PCI controlles, but they (e.g. Promise tx4310) have very poor BIOS'es nowadays, and I decided that software RAID like this are really waste of money. atacontrol can't deal with them normally, software support is quite poor.
