Did you try a fresh, formatted 1.44MB floppy? Otherwise I would try re-downloading boot.flp and making sure you selected binary mode. > I downloaded BOOT.FLP more than once, tried multiple floppies, (1.2M > 5.25"), but did not re-download the executable. boot.flp will only work with 1.44mb 3.5" disks, if I remember correctly. I could be wrong, I don't have the image in front of me here.
