I think I found the missing mh link !!!

Try this:

Create a  .forward in your home directory and add this line to it:
 "| /usr/local/lib/mh/slocal -user your_login"

In my case I have:

cat .forward
 "| /usr/local/lib/mh/slocal -user hasty"
