FreeBSD does not support MCA at this time. From the handbook:

5.3.4. Basic Controllers and Devices

These sections describe the basic disk, tape, and CD-ROM controllers
supported by FreeBSD. There are separate
sections for SCSI controllers and network cards.

     All PC's supported by FreeBSD have one of these. If you have an
IBM PS/2 (Micro Channel Architecture), then
     you cannot run FreeBSD at this time.
