I'm currently using FreeBSD 2.2CAM-19980716-SNAP I get these lines when booting: Probing for devices on the ISA bus: sc0 at 0x60-0x6f irq 1 on motherboard sc0: WARNING: video mode switching is only partially supported sc0: VGA color <16 virtual consoles, flags=0x0> my display card is a "Hercules Dynamite 3D/GL 8MB AGP". How does the syscons determine whether or not a display-card supports switching? -- Andreas Dobloug : email: andreasd@ifi.uio.no To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-hackers" in the body of the message
