(43203505.pdf). You can reach it by clicking 3 or 4 times appropriately.:) The SLR100 transfer rates are documented as follows: - 5 MB/s native sustained - 10 MB/s compressed sustained - 40 MB/s burst So, your tape device is actually operating at its maximum burst data rate, under FreeBSD. The Symbios BIOS device layout is what user wishes. What will be accepted by the device can be different. In our case, the driver is certainly negotiating for 40 MT/s wide =3D 80 MB/s, but the device lowers this speed in the response to 20 MT/s wide =3D 40 MB/s (wich is its maximum).
