Well, it sure looks like a symlink: pedicular~;ls -lai /usr/X11R6/lib/mozilla/plugins/ total 38 548800 drwxr-xr-x 2 root wheel 512 Mar 6 12:25 . 548745 drwxr-xr-x 10 root wheel 1536 Feb 26 14:16 .. 549285 lrwxr-xr-x 1 root wheel 62 Feb 26 14:16 libjavaplugin_oji.so -> /usr/local/jdk1.3.1/jre/plugin/i386/ns600/libjavaplugin_oji.so 548801 -rwxr-xr-x 1 root wheel 18900 Feb 26 13:16 libnullplugin.so 553025 -r-xr-xr-x 1 root wheel 11988 Mar 6 12:25 npflash.so pedicular~ My main problem is that nothing appear to be wrong. If you go to Mozilla's "about plugins" page, Java is listed. no error messages show up in either a terminal window or the console. But Java apps simply do not appear. :-( Any suggestions?
