Thank you for your attention to this port.
Removing `GH_PROJECT` sounds good to me, but I think replacing
`ROCKSDB_BUILD_DEPENDS` with `ROCKSDB_USES` may cause some issues. If I
remember correctly, when I initially wrote the port, using `USES` caused
stalwart failed to locate libclang.so during build. That is why I ultimately
chose to use `BUILD_DEPENDS`.
I=E2=80=99ll run a port test to verify whether I remember this correctly.
