Hi,

The standard drill is to send me the output of "mptable -verbose -dmesg"
run immediately after booting and starting the 2nd CPU (ie b4 attempting
to start X).  mptable.c can be found on the web page.

My first guess is that you need to add options SMP_INVLTLB, this should
aslways be done with APIC_IO.
