Make sure you have

Makefile:
     $FreeBSD: ports/security/pgp/Makefile,v 1.34 2000/04/09 18:30:17
cpiazza Exp $

It works for me, although it didn't fetch - I'm wondering if the next
problem you'll face is that it's disappeared from the master sites :-)
