Dear Gnome'rs,

I know that most of you are quite busy with getting GNOME 3 out of the
door. I have however a crucial problem with the AT-SPI infrastructure,
we currently ship: it is too old.

We ship accessibility/at-spi2-core and friends with versions from around
11.2010, which is not only two years back, but also not usable[tm],
since it lacks some important dbus-related files, making it impossible
to be used with AT clients.

Hence I wonder, if it would be okay for everyone, if

 accessibility/at-spi2-core
 accessibility/at-spi2-atk

are updated as soon as possible (ignoring the GNOME 3 efforts and
timelines).

Cheers
Marcus
