 	FreeBSD 3.1-STABLE, HP Kayak XU PC with pcnet32 100 Mbps
 	NIC.
 
 Description: 
 
 	I use cvsup to keep my /usr/src/sys in sync with stable.
 	At some time after March 11, the if_lnc driver stopped
 	working. This is when I last compiled a working kernel.
 	I tried downgrading pci/if_lnc_p.[ch] and i386/isa/if_lnc.[ch]
 	to that date, but it didn't help (so I guess the problem
 	is partly located elsewhere).
 
 	What happens is that the NIC seems to be identifed and
 	initialized ok during bootup, but when it's being used,
 	it always times out (waiting for an interrupt, I guess).
