After finding /dev/ptypf is in use, kvt next tries /dev/ptyq0.

Rlogind and brethren open /dev/ptypg after an open of /dev/ptypf fails.

The net effect is that kvt only has access to 16 out of every 32 ptys.

Config a kernel for 32 ptys. Then load kde and try to launch more
than 16 kvts.

I assume there's some kind of #ifdef or configure.sh setting in
kvt's port that's not being patched correctly from the distribution
default.
