Currently I can't get it to boot from floppy. When I boot with this same floppy on another PC then it comes up OK but when it tries to change the partition size it changes it to a different (smaller) value. Maybe this is the problem. I know its a bit underpowered but I need a portable and its the only one I have... parts of startup transcript...
