sorry to be picky but did you try with a pccardd.conf containing "only" t=
he=20
entry for the xircom?

more things to try.... again once again we are in wild shot in dark=20
territory... (I have a cem-56 which took a while to persuade to work.)

add to /etc/sysctl.conf=20

machdep.pccard.mem_start=3D0xd0000

/etc/rc.conf

pccard_mem=3D"0xd0000"

and if that don't work 0xd4000  or 0xd8000

and if that dont work ...... :-(
