Unless you have obtained specific permission to > use, and redistribute, these materials, you are doing no one a favor, I installed E from ports a few days ago and was wondering something similar.. "Do they really distribute this with Enlightenment?". In any case, I would say "Aqua.etheme" needs to be removed from the port, or if he did obtain permission from Apple then it needs to be noted in the Makefile to avoid problems. Whether or not he distributes it on his own sites is his business; official FreeBSD sites should not be carrying it. BTW, RESTRICTED doesn't cover this. Either you got permission or you didn't. That said, the Aqua theme is pretty cool. I can see myself using a Mac running OS X sometime in the next year or so.. :-) --=20 wca --cxMSjUqMQBJIqbX5 Content-Type: application/pgp-signature Content-Disposition: inline -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.4 (FreeBSD) Comment: For info see http://www.gnupg.org iD8DBQE6eY3VF47idPgWcsURArdqAJ9dib+AEGqdta22jggO09l+N6C9RQCggV0V S2eMBXtFBXwPOjEYsN9BFec= =LW1N -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --cxMSjUqMQBJIqbX5-- To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-ports" in the body of the message
