ports/mail/imap_uw won't compile. It fails the checksum, and if you override
  the checksum, the patching fails
>How-To-Repeat:

  cd /usr/ports/mail/imap_uw
  make

>Fix:

Apparently the distribution was updated slightly. I remade the checksum, and
updated the patch-aa file. The update is at
  ftp://ftp.cdrom.com/pub/FreeBSD/incoming/imap_uw.tgz
