There is a lot of documentation available about how to start creating FreeBSD ports (http://www.freebsd.org/porters-handbook/). This certainly is not a rocket science, so I would recommend you to read documentation and try it out. In the case of any difficulties you can get a help in this mailing list (ports@FreeBSD.org). Don't forget to submit resulting port, either using send-pr(1) command buindled with FreeBSD, or via www interface on FreeBSD website, so your efforts will not be lost.
