Sorry, I don't have anything other than the source and the CAM specs from ftp.symbios.com. I would give you a summary of the interface between the transport layer and the controller drivers, but I haven't written/ported any of the controller drivers for CAM. Justin has done them all so far. My work has been on the peripheral drivers, transport layer, statistics and userland code.
