Didn't need to send that twice. I really don't know and I won't be able to test it until I get home tonight. The DejaNews thing is pointing to my home address (I'm at work) and I have to confirm before I can make any postings. I wouldn't mind finding that out myself, does anyone else know? -Chris > -----Original Message----- > From: Charles Randall [SMTP:crandall@matchlogic.com] > Sent: Wednesday, April 21, 1999 12:54 PM > To: Christopher Michaels; 'junkmale@xtra.co.nz'; > freebsd-questions@freebsd.org > Subject: RE: what to search when the archives are offline? > > Are those bi-directional gateways or just mirrors? > > In other words, if you post to that group does the message make it back to > the list? > > That's what I've wanted for a long time. > > Charles > > -----Original Message----- > From: Christopher Michaels [mailto:ChrisMic@clientlogic.com] > Sent: Wednesday, April 21, 1999 10:39 AM > To: 'junkmale@xtra.co.nz'; freebsd-questions@freebsd.org > Subject: RE: what to search when the archives are offline? > > > I found out today, much to _my_ surprise that the mailing list is mirrored > on several Usenet news groups.
