However, I have no information on the radio modem, nor how to talk to it. I'm getting these cards on the off chance that they might actually work with wlp or will be easy to get to work with wlp. It is a risk for me, but only a $60 risk. I paid more than that for my MIPS PC that is currently happily running OpenBSD/arc and monitoring the outside temperature.... I see two uses for this card: 1) roaming my house and 2) putting some kind of directional antenna and getting good throughput accross town to a friend's house.
