Amancio,

Can you tell us where to find vic for freebsd?  It's at LL 
somewhere I believe? 

Just a note: Thanks to amancio's prodding I've got vat working
with his vat driver hacks,  and a gus 3.7.  Output works.
Mike doesn't work yet.  I'll have to play with it.  amancio
says his mike works.  Currently staring at some IETF lunchtime
madness...
