The = manpage indicates bge is for 570x devices. I think the 5788 is very new = (new enough not to be listed on the Broadcom website) so I am not able = to determine if it is even remotely similar. I may be working with a couple of motherboards that use this chip for = onboard gige, so if there is no support I will need to purchase a = different board or an additional network controller.
