Synopsis: Many ports which depends on apache don't use AP_PORT.

Responsible-Changed-From-To: freebsd-ports->portmgr
Responsible-Changed-By: ade
Responsible-Changed-When: Mon Mar 11 19:03:04 PST 2002
Responsible-Changed-Why:
Bounce this one (temporarily) over to portmgr@ - if the proposed addition
to bsd.port.mk makes sense (AP_PORT=? www/apache13), I'll sling this back
my way and do the grunt work.
