You might need these in your /etc/rc.conf (and a re-boot):

moused_enable="YES"
moused_flags="-z 4 5"
##moused_flags="-m 1=3 -m 3=1 -z 4 5"  ## I'll try un-swapped buttons for a while.
moused_port="/dev/psm0"
moused_type="auto"
