Two questions:
What make it better than the command fold?

second:
breakfast --linelenght=3D65 test.txt=20
Usage: breakfast [--linelength=3DN] <file>
32 <=3D N <=3D 128. If linelength is not specified, the default is 72
If <file> is not given, standard input is read

either the syntax is not clear, or it does not work
