The contents of bin/domainname/Makefile should read:

 # $FreeBSD: src/bin/domainname/Makefile,v 1.7 2001/12/04 01:57:40 obrien Exp $
 
 PROG=	domainname
 
 .include <bsd.prog.mk>

Check to make sure your copy didn't get corrupted somehow.
