Over the weekend, I updated past FreeBSD r201882 to pick up Rui's big update from r201209 as well as the firmware error fix in r201882. I do not see the LOR anymore (and I had a rather repeatable test case), so I think that this PR should be closed. I didn't have a reliable way to reproduce the firmware error, though, so no data if that is fixed for me, too. -Ben Kaduk
