No.

java/openjdk7 must be used to execute java/icedtea-web if it was built
with java/openjdk7.

That's because java/openjdk6 is the default Java for FreeBSD, ATM.  If
you really want to build it with non-default Java, you have to specify
JAVA_VERSION, e.g., "make JAVA_VERSION=1.8 <target>".
