>Description:
new port: diffutils. this is a port for the GNU diffutils. not that
i actually have any problem with our version of diff, but the
subversion project requires GNU diff and patch because of some subtle
differences between ours and theirs. we have a port for GNU patch,
	this gives us diff.

if i have time, a port for subversion that makes use of this will
	follow.
>How-To-Repeat:
try to install subversion w/o it ;-)
>Fix:
	fetch http://electricjellyfish.net/diffutils-port.tar.gz and stick it
in ports/textproc. note that this is the first time i've put a port
together myself, so someone should probably check it over pretty
closely. i pretty much copied everything from /ports/devel/patch, but
it's reasonably likely that i screwed something up.
