Based on that output, also check the temperature of motherboard 
components, cooling and so on. It *might* be a software problem (e.g. 
ACPI not turning up fan speed when necessary) but I think you'd better 
check the RAM and possibly the disks first, and then run from a live-CD 
for a while.
