URL: http://svn.freebsd.org/changeset/base/233204

Log:
  Copy i386 psl.h to x86 and replace amd64/i386/pc98 psl.h with stubs.

Added:
  head/sys/x86/include/psl.h
     - copied unchanged from r233203, head/sys/i386/include/psl.h
Modified:
  head/sys/amd64/include/psl.h
  head/sys/i386/include/psl.h
  head/sys/ia64/ia32/ia32_signal.c
