I am getting near the end of a machine upgrade, and nearly everything is working just perectly, except the bteasy. It sees the wrong stuff. My setup is that I have 3 scsi disks. sd0 and sd1 are completely FreeBSD (altho with dos partitioning) and sd2 is completely dos. Currently, I am only being prompted to boot from the first disk, but I would like it to be changed so that I have the option of booting from either sd0 or sd2, and DEFINITELY leave sd1 out of it. Is bteasy the one I want? How do I tell bteasy to do what I want to do? The latest snap disk (the one I used to install from) has two versions of bteasy, 14 and 17. Why? Do I want 17? ----------------------------+----------------------------------------------- Chuck Robey | Interests include any kind of voice or data chuckr@eng.umd.edu | communications topic, C programming, and Unix. 9120 Edmonston Ct #302 | Greenbelt, MD 20770 | I run Journey2 and n3lxx, both FreeBSD (301) 220-2114 | version 2.2 current -- and great FUN! ----------------------------+-----------------------------------------------
