Then you use nmap compiled with IPV6 on. Another problem is security/nmap port doesn't handle IPV6 option properly. IPV6 stays On no matter what you choose in nmap's installing dialog. So you can try add '--disable-ipv6' to Makefile and see what happens. Hint from link: without stuff described above nmap works under non-root user.
