It's documented in the FAQ. You need to copy the first sector of
the FreeBSD partiton into a file on C:\, e.g. BOOTSECT.BSD, and
then add an entry to BOOT.INI similar to the DOS one.

The FAQ does say though that it only works if FreeBSD is on the
first HD.
