 Here are some style fixes for www/en/projects/cvsweb.sgml:
 
 - There is not any reason to have "in the" directly in the FreeBSD
   Handbook link, so move it outside from the link.
 - First <dt>...</dt> has ":" at the end, so the other two should be
   in the same style.
 - Add one empty line after one of <dt>s.
