Stable patches, to be used with ipsec-tools 0.7 branch, are available here: http://people.freebsd.org/~vanhu/NAT-T/ As we're working on backporting FreeBSD / ipsec-tools HEAD works on STABLE/7 branch, I haven't generated a new one for a while, let me know if the latest public patch has some issues.
