Any version.  Do a make distclean in multimedia/win32-codecs and then
try to do a make fetch.

The file we try to fetch is not available on mplayer's site anymore,
and it cannot not be mirrored in FreeBSD's distfiles ftp directory
due to
RESTRICTED=     Unsure of codec\'s license
