That one last clause will count for more than anything else you
said. :-)

The effort is a noble and worthy one, but you must also be willing to
sacrifice yourself to a cruel, uncaring and demanding elder god who
will break you daily upon the rack in repayment for your labors.

In short, you must be the kind of person who is willing to go to
insane, masochistic lengths for just the slightest feeling of
satisfaction at a job well done.  If you are, I say "Welcome aboard,
and CHARGE!!" :-)
