thank you for the PR!

The suggested URL seems to be a very good choice:

The TeX team seems to consist of Hiroki Sato and Tobias C. Berner,
according to the FreeBSD WiKi.

I have added Tobias to this reply and he might either commit the
patch or can approve the commit. (BTW: technically this might be
considered a fix that is applied to a broken port, therefore
covered by the blanket approval of PortMgr for port fixes.)
