I begun porting the NetBSD driver to FreeBSD several month ago.
Unfortunately I was not able to spend enough time into this - so I'm not
where I wanted to be.
The NetBSD Version is not complete - but Martin Husemann offered to finish
the driver. The main problem he has is that he has a working system using
passive cards...
