I have seen some odd problems applying 030898 against the most-recent
-CURRENT however (after John Dyson's recent fixes).

Right now we're back on non-CAM as a consequence, although there are some
systems here where CAM, when it is working, makes such a huge difference
in performance that I will be seriously investigating it once another
working snapshot set of patches is released.
