AFAIK, this is basically a printed copy of all the man pages... The sad thing is that a fair part of the NT growth is based on a self-fulfilling prophecy. NT is supposed to be the future of computing, so everyone jumps on it and gives it more credibility... That's the same as how the PC became the main platform.
